Opening ceremony and intention setting — We start by getting clear on what your heart is really asking for.
Nourishing meal and tea ritual — Simple, grounding nourishment to help you settle into the space.
Quantum energy healing and light language attunement — A deep recalibration that meets you on every level—physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual.
Shamanic Breathwork journey or extended energy clearing — The heart of your day. We choose the pathway that feels right for your body and your intention. Breathwork if you're ready for that kind of somatic release. Extended energetic healing if your system needs something gentler.
Embodiment and integration — We close by anchoring everything into your body so the shifts don't just feel good in the moment—they stay with you.

I recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks out. With only 5 retreat spots per month, they often fill quickly. If you need something sooner, please reach out and I'll let you know what might be available.

Something comfortable that you can move and breathe in. Layers are good. The studio stays comfortable, but your body temperature might shift during the work. No shoes needed inside the space.

Just yourself. I provide everything you need—water, tea, light nourishing meal and pillows/blankets for breathwork or healing work. If you have a journal you love, feel free to bring it, but I'll have one available if not.

This retreat is designed as a solo experience. The depth of the work requires that it's just you and me holding the container. If you're looking for partner or group work, let's talk about what that might look like.

Not at all. This retreat meets you exactly where you are. I'll guide you through everything, and we'll adjust based on what feels right for your body and experience level.

We'll talk through it beforehand, and we'll only do what feels right for your body. If breathwork doesn't feel like a yes, we'll spend that time in extended energy work instead. This day adapts to you.

That's what I'm here for. I'm trained to hold space for whatever moves through you. You won't be alone in it, and we'll move at a pace that feels manageable for your system.

Yes. This work complements therapy beautifully. Many clients do both. Just know that this isn't a replacement for therapeutic or medical care—it's a different kind of support.

Life happens. With at least 7 days notice, we can reschedule without penalty. Less than 7 days and the retreat is non-refundable, though we can discuss credit toward a future session depending on circumstances.

Give yourself permission to rest that evening. Some people feel energized, others feel deeply relaxed. Both are normal. The integration continues for days and sometimes weeks after. You will receive guidance on supporting yourself through that process.

Some people feel complete after one retreat. Others realize they want ongoing support and choose the membership, schedule a single session for follow up support or schedule another retreat down the line. There's no pressure either way. You'll know what feels right.
