Return to Self

A full day to remember who you are beneath it all.

Sometimes you need more than 90 minutes. Sometimes you need a whole day to stop, to soften, to let your body finally say what it's been holding.

This retreat is for when you're ready to come back to yourself—not through willpower or another strategy, but through being held in a space that was created entirely for your healing.

Just you, the quiet, and my full attention for an entire day.

WHY THIS EXISTS

You've tried the 90-minute sessions. They help. But by the time you drive home, answer the texts, and jump back into your day, you can already feel yourself bracing again.

Some things need more than 90 minutes to surface. Your body knows this. That's why you keep thinking about taking a full day—not someday, but actually blocking it off and doing it.

Here's the difference:

If you need consistent tending over time, the membership is your rhythm. If you need to go deep right now—to clear what's been building, to mark a transition, to give yourself one full day of undivided attention—this retreat is your reset.

This is for the woman who's been waiting for permission to take up space, to be the center of her own attention, to let someone else hold the container while she finally exhales.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

This isn't a scheduled agenda you have to keep up with. It's a day built around you—your rhythm, your needs, what wants to move through you.

This is the kind of day where you notice yourself breathing differently on the drive home. Where your body feels like yours again instead of a vehicle you're just operating.

Your day includes:

Opening ceremony and intention setting — We start by getting clear on what your heart is really asking for.

Nourishing meal and tea ritual — Simple, grounding nourishment to help you settle into the space.

Quantum energy healing and light language attunement — A deep recalibration that meets you on every level—physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual.

Shamanic Breathwork journey or extended energy clearing — The heart of your day. We choose the pathway that feels right for your body and your intention. Breathwork if you're ready for that kind of somatic release. Extended energetic healing if your system needs something gentler.

Embodiment and integration — We close by anchoring everything into your body so the shifts don't just feel good in the moment—they stay with you.

This isn't about fixing you. It's about giving you a full day to come home to yourself, at a pace your nervous system can actually receive.

IS THIS YOU?

You've been moving fast for a long time. Holding it together. Showing up. Taking care of everyone and everything. But something in you is asking for a different kind of attention now.

This retreat is for you if:

→You've been saying "I just need a weekend" but you can't take a weekend, so you keep not doing anything. This is your way to actually give yourself that reset in one day.

→You're afraid if you slow down for just 90 minutes, you'll have to speed right back up before anything really shifts. You need more time than that.

→You're navigating something tender and you need more than a tune-up. You need to be held while you unravel and remember.

→You want to feel the shift in your body, not just think your way through it. You're ready to stop white-knuckling your way through and actually soften.

This is for the part of you that's been saying quietly:

I need a full day. I need to stop performing and just be.

If part of you has been thinking I need a full day but you keep talking yourself out of it, that thought isn't random. It's your system telling you it's ready.

You don't have to keep putting yourself last.
