What is Shamanic Breathwork?

Shamanic Breathwork® is a transformational healing practice that uses conscious, connected breathing, evocative music, and guided shamanic journeying to help you access expanded states of awareness. Rooted in ancient traditions and modern psychology, this ceremonial process supports deep emotional release, spiritual connection, and personal empowerment.
As a certified Shamanic Breathwork® Facilitator, trained by Linda Star Wolf and Venus Rising Association for Transformation. I am dedicated to holding a safe, compassionate, and sacred space for your personal healing journey.

What to Expect
Please allow at least 3 hours for this self-care journey.
Sacred Space Setting & Drop-In
We begin by co-creating a safe, intentional container.
Grounding meditation or centering practice
Checking in with what is alive in your life or field
Naming intentions and setting clear boundaries
Clarifying what you’re ready to explore or release
Sharing whatever feels important to bring into the space
This phase ensures you feel truly seen, heard, and supported before the active journey begins.
Shamanic Breathwork Journey
Engage in circular, connected breathing while supported by chakra-attuned music. This is a guided, yet self-directed journey that may include:
Emotional release and catharsis
Visions, archetypal encounters, or ancestral memories
Energetic clearing of blockages or trauma
Connection with spirit guides, inner wisdom, or Higher Self
It is a somatic, soulful process in which you become your own healer.
Integration & Processing
After the breathwork, we slow down to integrate your experience through:
Sharing and gentle reflection
Discussion of insights, themes, and emotions
Optional creative integration (drawing, journaling)
Grounding practices to help you anchor insights into daily life
This final phase supports you in carrying your experience forward with clarity and intention.
This is sacred work.
You are invited to bring your whole self—your fears, grief, hopes, and dreams. Together, we will create a safe, grounded space where you can breathe into what wants to be seen and awaken the healer within.
