FAQ

  • What is energy healing, and how does it work?

Energy healing is a gentle, intuitive practice that helps clear energetic blocks, restore balance, and reconnect you to your natural state of wholeness. I work with Divine guidance, intention, and love to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more at peace—body, mind, and spirit.

  • What can I expect during a session?

No two sessions are exactly alike. I follow Spirit’s lead and your energetic needs. Sessions may include grounding, breathwork, intuitive guidance, light language, or hands-on healing (with consent). You’ll be fully clothed, lying or seated comfortably, simply invited to relax and receive.

  • Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?

Nope. You don’t need to believe in anything specific. This work meets you where you are. Many clients feel the effects even if they can’t explain how it works. All that’s needed is a willingness to receive and be open to the experience.

  • I’m Christian—will this conflict with my faith?

Not at all. Many of my clients are Christian, and I deeply respect their faith. I received the gift of tongues in church in 2001 and have served in prayer circles using hands-on healing and prophecy. My work is Spirit-led, grounded in love, and always offered in a way that honors your beliefs.

  • What is light language?

Light language is a form of Spirit-led vocal expression that bypasses the logical mind and speaks directly to your soul. It may sound like singing, tones, or something like tongues. Clients often describe it as calming, activating, or deeply healing—even if they don’t understand it consciously.

  • Is this safe if I’m on a healing journey from trauma or burnout?

Yes. This work is trauma-informed, intuitively paced, and always grounded in presence. You are never rushed or pushed. Everything unfolds gently, with your comfort and consent at the center.

Energy healing can be a beautiful complement to traditional therapy. Many of my clients work with therapists while receiving this kind of support—it often helps them integrate insights, process emotions more deeply, and feel more resourced between sessions.

  • Can this be part of a larger self-care or healing plan?

Absolutely. Many of my clients work with therapists, doctors, spiritual mentors, or other practitioners alongside our sessions. I welcome being part of your care team and support you in honoring your unique path. Energy healing works beautifully alongside traditional modalities, helping you integrate what you’re learning and reconnect to your inner wisdom.

  • Do you welcome LGBTQ+ clients?

With all my heart, yes. This space is open and affirming to people of all identities, orientations, and expressions. You are safe, seen, and celebrated here. Healing is your birthright, and your full, authentic self is always welcome.

  • How do I start working with you?

The best first step is to book a free discovery call. It’s a gentle, no-pressure conversation where we can connect, feel into alignment, and see what kind of support would serve you best.

You’re welcome to bring questions, concerns, or simply your curiosity. I’ll share a bit about how I work, and together we’ll decide if this feels like the right next step on your journey.

  • How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your intentions, your needs, and your natural rhythm. Some clients come for one deeply supportive session, while others feel called to ongoing work. Healing isn’t linear—so I invite you to listen to your body, spirit, and inner knowing. I’m here to walk with you as long as it serves your path.

  • What kind of results can I expect?

Everyone experiences this work differently. Some feel immediate lightness or clarity; others notice a gradual shift over time. Common effects include feeling more grounded, peaceful, emotionally released, or spiritually reconnected. The results often continue unfolding after the session ends.

  • How do I prepare for a session?

Come as you are. If you’d like, you can spend a few minutes in quiet before we begin, maybe set an intention or say a prayer. Wear something comfortable. Bring water, an open heart, and any questions you might have. You don’t need to do anything perfectly—just be present.

  • What happens after a session?

After a session, it’s common to feel calm, tired, inspired, or even emotionally tender. I recommend drinking water, resting if you can, and journaling any insights that came through. Healing can continue to integrate for a few days afterward, so give yourself gentle space.

  • Can sessions be done remotely or only in person?

Both are available. Energy transcends physical space, so remote sessions are just as effective and deeply felt. You’ll be guided, supported, and held whether we’re in the same room or across time zones.

That said, if you're located in Central Texas, my personal preference is to work with you in person whenever possible. There’s something especially grounding and intimate about sharing physical space for this kind of healing work—but ultimately, I trust Spirit to guide the connection however it's meant to unfold.

  • What’s your training or background?

I bring decades of experience in intuitive energy work, shamanic practices, and spiritual development. I am an ordained shamanic minister and a certified Shamanic Breathwork©️ facilitator plus I am currently in training to become a QHHT practitioner. I also hold lived wisdom from my own journey of healing, faith, and transformation. My work is guided by Spirit, heart, and deep listening.

  • Do you offer packages or ongoing support?

Yes. If we find that ongoing support would serve you, I offer packages and custom paths that meet you where you are. I also weave in intuitive support between sessions when needed, so you’re never alone on your journey.

  • Do you incorporate spiritual guidance or just energy work?

Both. I listen to your energy and the wisdom coming through intuitively. Sometimes messages or images arise, sometimes light language flows through, sometimes deep stillness is what’s needed. The work meets you where you are.
