We have never been more connected. And yet so many of us have never felt more alone.

The social media feeds refresh and the notifications ping.

We scroll through hundreds of faces, memes, emails and still somehow end the day feeling disconnected.

We are reachable at every hour of the day now and yet something in us is quietly starving for depth and for stillness. We long for permission to stop doing and just cozy up in our beingness.

I’ve felt that too. So I started to wonder what outside the box ways could I help in providing that permission slip. And then it came to me.

A handwritten letter. The old school kind. The kind that travels distance and time. The kind that elicits excitement when you open the mailbox and see that hand addressed envelope. The kind sealed by hand and carrying the energy of something made slowly, with care, for you. The kind that says someone sat down and thought about you. The kind that holds hope not just another bill.

And so The Tender Post was born.

I'm Morgan. I created Tending the Heart to hold space for the parts of us that don't fit neatly into the box of “normal”. It’s for the grief we can't rush, the anger we haven't been allowed to feel, the desire we've been taught to quiet, the spiritual experiences that don't have easy names. The parts that need tending, not fixing. The parts that need nurturing. The parts that say “me too”.

Each month, I hand write a soul letter woven through with personal stories, reflection, messages and the themes that move through all of us. I photocopy it so my hand can reach each one of you. Sometimes I include original artwork. Sometimes sacred codes. There is always something true in it, and it is addressed, in spirit, to you.

In a world asking for your attention every second of every day, The Tender Post asks for nothing.

It simply arrives and says, your inner life is worth tending.

Every envelope holds:

A Handwritten Soul Letter  —  A story and reflection woven around a monthly theme of grief, desire, truth, anger, softening, connection, spirituality, and more. Sometimes original artwork and/or sacred codes are woven into the pages.

A Digital Transmission Card  —  A card with a QR code linking to a channeled sound transmission, light language activation, or a short guided breath and grounding practice for the month.

A Journal Prompt Card  —  One to three questions to sit with, return to, and let work on you slowly across the month if you so choose to.

Occasional Postcards  —  Because correspondence is a two-way blessing. Some months you'll find a postcard to write back.

Letters will explore themes like:
